Pre
Listing Home Inspection:
A smart way to sell a home and stay ahead
of potential problems with the sale is to have a Home Inspection done
prior to listing your home with a Real Estate Agent.
This Inspection follows the same guidelines as the General Home
Inspection and can be offered to the buyer in order to meet most real
estate and mortgage lenders standards. New Home Warranty
Inspection:
This inspection is done prior to your 1
year home ownership warranty expiring. We provide from top to bottom a
complete General Home Inspection with documentation and photos of any
issues that arise during the home inspection. This is the most effective
way to communicate with your contractor/builder regarding any repairs
that need to be made to your home.
New Construction Final
Inspection:
All contractors do their best to build a
quality home. Sometimes with many construction and scheduling obstacles
things get overlooked or missed during the finishing stages of
construction. A trained Home Inspector will be able to objectively view
a new home and list any defects or deficiencies and provide a written
report with pictures of any items found so that they may be corrected
prior to you moving into your new home.
Annual Home
Maintenance Inspection:
One way to keep home repair costs down is
to find potential problems before they become costly hazards.
We recommend having your home Inspected by professionals every year.
Your home will change from season to season due to harsh weather
conditions. What may appear to be minor today could be major tomorrow.

Multi
Family Unit Inspection:
You can’t generalize the condition of a
group or number of units by the condition of just one unit. We provide
our top to bottom home inspection to each and every unit giving the same
care to each unit. We provide a written report with pictures for each
unit in detail.Partial Inspections /
Attic / Crawlspaces:
This includes unfinished basements as
well. We get where others don’t to see what you can’t.
Commercial Building
Inspections:
We provide a comprehensive written report
with photos of any deficiencies or defects which may be located during
the inspection of the entire building door to door. This inspection
covers similar areas as the general home inspection only with commercial
grading, uses and efficiencies in mind. We know that a safe facility is
essential to your business.
Other Services
Available:
- Townhouse, Condominium Inspections
Detached Garage / Shop Inspections.
- Mold, Radon, Septic System Testing.
